I got the idea for this thread when I got my first dragon drop. I got a left half while killing chaos druids. (what are the odds of that?) So what was your first dragon drop?

Ive never had one as of yet #-o

I was like "i'm going to kill bronzies for d legs" so I go to them for my first time, second kill there's a big red thing on the ground.

Med of a fire giant when they were still worth something.

d skirt on a 11 steel drag slayer task \

2 spears, both from slime, 1 med from fire giant.

Haven't had one yet. :(

D med, 1st black dragon kill, no D fire shield, melee. (Wanted to see if I could)

left half of dustdevil on slayer task :D and 2 day's later another left half of black demon :shock: after that 15 d axes and then a d spear and then 2 more d axes :XD:

while i was getting master white knight i got a dragon left half from a black knight :lol: and thats it

Dragon spear from a fire giant around level 33 slayer.

 

 

 

I alched it because nobody would buy it. (This was by the time I got to 55 slayer.)

D chain from the kq :D.

Got my first after 7m hits xp :P Was a left half shield from green drags. :) I've had 10+ (lost count) since then :o

D skirt from my first eva bronze drag task, probably 13th or so kill

legs from iron drag task... was around 47 irons or something first and only... grrr

skirt from steels when i wanted mage exp couple k chaos later i get legs

I've had a D med as a drop, but I did get one in barrows before.

 

 

 

First was prolly D legs when it came out...but I have had terrible luck with dragon drops prior to that.

 

 

 

I went from 60-80 range at fire giants with no dmed.

 

 

 

Then one day, when spears are 100k instead of 1m, i'm killing lessers and I get a spear...

 

 

 

Yet to get a left half.

 

 

 

I've gotten plenty of axes from dag kings.

 

 

 

I didn't actually get it, but leesters got dragon chain from kq, and i received it.

 

 

 

I've got a dragon 2h from Kq.

 

 

 

that may be it.

D Med from a fire giant when they were 2.5m.

If you count D med from barrows as a drop, then there it is...

 

 

 

But if you are counting only the red stuff you get from the ground after killing a monster, then D Chain from dust devils after less than 500 total killed in the career, but havent gotten any other D chains since (only shared one)

 

 

 

2 D2h's from KQ (both are my drop) and 1 Left half from Bloodveld

I heard something interesting though about why some people never get one. RuneScape uses a PRNG (a pseudo random number generator) to determine drops. The numbers generated by this generator are shared by everyone on a server, so if you have been somewhere for a while and have gotten zilch, it may be a good idea to switch servers.

 

 

 

Oh, and the RoW DOES work, the reason you might get nothing with it on is the PRNG, not the row. However, it's practically useless to wear it with mid-low level monsters, because it only increases the chances of rune/dragon drops by 20%, and if the chances of that are already low you're not going to notice much of a difference. Where the RoW is absolutely essential is on higher level monsters, where the chances are much greater and can be significantly increased by the ring.

I haven't had one yet. :( I think I "almost" did, but then I died and I never picked it up if it was something dragon.

The first and only dragon drop I have ever got was a d spear. I super poisoned it, and was trying to sell :D Ended up trading it for a d hally, which sells for a lot more :)
