I think the idea for an official tip it world where we have a lot better chance of seeing each other is a great idea. However, world 9 is often full. It is mainly this way because its the number 3 merchant world in p2p. I hardley ever see my 10-15 tip it friends on this world either. I'll be the first to sign. Actually, most of the people on world 9 use it as a popular world to merchant or whatever. Low worlds are the most popular for this and its third in line behind 2 and 6(I think.)
