For anyone can't veiw the video atm, The max with the whip was 41, and the max with Dharok was 85.

Edit*: That video had bad quality but you still got your point across, that demonstration owned=p. 41 with a abyssal whip and 85 with full Dharocks...damn. You could probably hit a 42 with the whip and a 86 with Dharock's if you used the amulet of strength.
