Ok I hardly ever post for the fun of it but I thought that what happened to me yesterday would be worth a post :)

 

 

 

It all started when I was standing in edgeville bank and a guy runs by shouting 20mill drop party upstairs in edge general store.

 

So I make a little comparishment of: Chance of it being true / Enjoyment it can deliver versus Effort to take a look.

 

I decided that the effort was near zero and I went and had a look :)

 

I immediately saw 30+ people which is a normal thing even if its fake, but I soon hear people telling what they had gotten so even though I didn't know the guy I stood there and joined in the party :)

 

 

 

Now as regularly all the drops which did indeed sum up a 20mill value such as rune items, a cannon, loads of pots (made me think it was a quitting party) Anyways I didnt get a dam thing lol :P

 

All except for 1 runite ore went to people with a better connection speed.

 

So when he's all done he says lets all go to mage bank I will drop cash there.

 

 

 

I didnt care about the cash because I wasn't going to get it but since I'm a pker for life I decided to do as he says and grab 1 item and go :P

 

I took full black dhide, a dds, a super set and full sharks.

 

 

 

He was talking about attacking people we would see etc and soon one of our group attacked me in lvl 25 or so wild.

 

I potted and owned him but he ran teled to anywhere and died after :P

 

I didnt care because I didnt have tele runes to look for his items so I ran back up to our group and the leader "lil holiday" Continued to greater demons.

 

 

 

He was obviously not going to mage arena and as soon as we arrived at greaters all we found was 1 lvl 111 Me and some others charged but as he ran to the right my teammates turned back and left me alone with the 111.

 

I ran back to the group but even though it was multi they for some reason did not help me :S so when the 111 ran to the east again I just let him go.

 

 

 

Then suddenly it all changed :P

 

A bunch of lvl 100+ pkers log in and get all the group to attack our leader "lil holiday" which of course died in no time :P

 

The poor guy had brought full rune and obby shield which he then of course must've lost.

 

 

 

Anyways I am one of the little people that actually fights the pkers so soon I see them shouting silver silver and I was dead before i could say eek ! :shock: :P Anyways I protected my dagger and arrived in fally.

 

 

 

Soon I see lots of people that were at the party pop up near me including the leader :P So I tought of the fact that I was on ancient magicks And had the brilliant idea of teleing back to greater demons with full sharks (protected) ahrims staff and 10 barrages :P

 

 

 

 

 

 

I do that and soon notice my mistake because after I had used at max 5 barrages i died without the time to eat :P

 

I did find all this very funny though so i came back again with full sharks 4 barrages and protect from melee on before i even teled there :P

 

Ok so I cast my 4 barrages and die before i coul bite my 6th shark....

 

 

 

This means party over ? Hell no :P I change my plans to perfection and keep teleing there with 2 barrages and a protected ahruims staff no food :P

 

Result being: Tele to gdz, cast 2 barrages, watch myself die, have a good laugh:), run to bank, stock up, tele to gdz...repeat

So after I while I tried out a few things wasting nearly 40 laws on tele to gdz :P I tried bringing my red mask and saying I couldnt protect, I tried going with dds and a bunch of junk for them to see left :P

 

I even brought a bunch of nice stackable items like arrows and seeds but just 1 of each to have them dissappointed :P:P

 

 

 

So after a while I tell them this is the forlast round please dont kill me next trip.

 

Next trip I show up with dds and full black dhide and 10 sharks not hurting anyone, just had a fun time watching them because they actually didnt attack me :) So suddenly I see lil holiday show up with another obby shield who suddenly seems to be their friend now :S Anyways they talk about luring a dude.....

 

 

 

So I stay and watch how indeed a dude teled to gdz and got killed in seconds by the team:

 

 

 

 

this is btw also the team that kept killing me when i teled there and barraged them :P

 

 

 

Result: The lured guy didnt fall for the lure and didnt drop a dam thing, group gets angry with lil holiday and "bses" him:

 

 

 

 

 

 

A while later I was on 7 hp and poisoned running after the group watching how lil holiday died. The group of pkers all ran back up pretty soon so I decide to stay adn wait for some food or whatever to pop up on the floor :)

 

 

 

I keep logging out and in to keep me from being hit by poison btw.

 

So this time i log in and i see on the floor a dlong :S I was like wtf why would the big team drop a dlong ? then i understood lol lil holiday had dropped his items, So i pick up dlong rune full helm and glory and get hit for another 3 from poison.

 

 

 

Then I again logged out and in because one more poison damage would kill me, Problem was that when i logged back in the team was suddenly there ( I guess they figured out he had dropped his items and came back for them :P ) Anyways I got hit for a 2 by one of them and instanty ended up in fally :(

 

 

 

So see here the result of a great party hosted by a leaving runescape member:

 

 

 

 

I did not keep the glory I had picked up simply because logging in and being hit a 2 doesnt give time to protect items :P

 

 

 

I would like to thank lil holiday not for those items but for the fun time I had playing around with that high lvl pk team :twisted:

died with it the day before because of my pc crashing in the middle of a fight i was actually winning..... :(

 

ah well lol theres no use for autocasting 2 barrages really :P

probably because they were waiting for the lure that lil holiday was getting them hehe :P

 

I was definetly wondering that too tough because it was only their team there and i kept coming back seeing them there :P

After the first die, many people would just give up. But you had a great time!

 

 

 

Maybe next time someone says "20 Mil Drop Party!" I'll actually go check it out. :wink:
