If a mod disagrees, then alright, move it to a different Forum, I don't have a problem with that. Is it just me or are the dragon drop rates of Iron and Steel Dragons not really 1/75 and 1/50 reespectively? I recently started there, so I'm kind of new to it, but while I was down there I burned almost 13000 chaos runes killing about 400 Iron and Steel Dragons (80% Iron, 20% Steel), and the best drop I got was a Rune Battle Ax (with a wealth..). I spent almost 2mil on runes down there, hoping I'd get some Dragon drops to compensate, but has the drop rate really decreased? Or does God just hate me? (notice my sig, 93 combat, 1.5 years, and yet to have 1 dragon drop) -Side note: While I was down there a lvl 99 with 87 Magic said he went from 80-86 Magic down there without a single dragon drop. I can't prove its true, but just sayin'. You only get one chance to live your life....But, endless opportunities to screw it up. So, just recently 3 legs , 2 left half and a skirt... Bout damn time! Oh, and these were all iron drag drops... and I dont use wealth ring. maineyshere Posted March 31, 2006 Share Posted March 31, 2006 listen man, im only 92 combat which i consider high (for me) and ithe best drop i have had is a rune helm from the jellies and this is ever!!!!!!! its basically luck i also find u get better drops without ring of wealth, with the ring of wealth the rare rate is fixed so that it makes sure u get a rare but also makes sure it has a dop rate... witout the wealth it makes it all random which i think it better because if the rare rate has descreased then dnt use a wealth! Liquid_Harem Posted April 1, 2006 Share Posted April 1, 2006 so far, I got 1 drag leg on my very very first iron drag for slayer... :P w00t, I used about 7k chaos then...then the next day i use like 3k and when I had 197 chaos left i get another legs.... all without wealth ring... Sold it for 8m :P Meh I have alot of chaos and fire runes to waste, so I might go back there and see how I go.
