April 5, 200620 yr My least favorite special is the dragon scimmy, it's just useless vs monsters. My favorite special has to be the Excalibur special. Self explanatory. The self-proclaimed king of bronze.
April 5, 200620 yr I think d spear special is kinda useless. U push back the enemy..so what? All it does is give you like 3 seconds to run away. My fav sp would hav to be d dagger or d long-original yet effective :P Never seen the d2h sp (in action) but i think it may be pretty good.
April 5, 200620 yr favorite: dragon dagger (add super poison for a bonus). you get the ability to use one of the fastest weapons, hit your max twice, and possibly poison up to 6 hits per poison damage. thats a lot of damage in 1 hit. not to mention with full special meter, you can get 16 normal hits into 4 auctual hits with poison. least favorite: rune throwing axe (used it and didnt see it hit multiple targets, so i gave up on it) also the dragon spear is kind of useless. sometimes i used to use it in castle wars on the flag carrier just to mess with them. didnt really work though. bind is more effective if i were to use, oh say, a dragon dagger with special on while binding/snaring. middle of the road: whip. i guess in some cases taking away energy is [grime], like in pking, or in castle wars, but most of the time, i wouldnt use it.

Are you gaurunteed a victory? already tried it a few months ago. and the answer is no. the same little "stunned birds/stars" go around your head, but you stay in the same spot.

April 5, 200620 yr Good ones: DDS/DD+/DDP - Obvious reasons. Dragon Battle Axe - Saves money training/ Dragon Long/Dragon Mace - 30 and 60 strength bonus? Count me in! Mediocre ones: Granite Maul - Easier to get KO's with than dagger, but for whatever reason when I use the specials they seem far more inaccurate than if I were to just hit with the maul regularly so I dont know what's up with that. Magic Shortbow - Good, but 55% doesn't help. Dragon 2H - Good, but 55% doesn't help. Also Castle Wars is dead as is P2P multi so it has no real use. Dragin Scimitar - Good, but 55% doesn't help. Also Castle Wars is dead as is P2P multi, which is where it would get most use since whips are common in single wild when you have the time to protect item and won't get smited by 10 people. The rest aren't worth mentioning.

April 5, 200620 yr I love the dds spec because (like everyone else has said) you can hit up to eight times, and when I'm potted, I rarely hit a zero. I also love the exicalibur (sp?) special when I'm runecrafting because it brings my def up to 70 =). I hate the d b axe special as it lowers my atk, def, and various other skills, while only raising my max hit by one or two.
April 6, 200620 yr Best: Dds, Dspear Worst: Dscim, Rune claws (lol) I say that the d spear is one of the best because it has saved me and my friends so many times in the wilderness, lol. Whenever we are out there near the Mage Bank and (inevitably) some whipper comes at me. I just keep walking away, my frends dspear specs and then we both run and log :P. People dont think of some of the other awesome uses for this... Meanwhile, dscim is just terrible... I never have enough spec bar to use it on someone that is actually praying, and half the time it misses lol.
April 6, 200620 yr d dagger is best by far and u get more than one use of the special, whip is worst, even when u use the special you will most likely get a 0, dragon spear is also crap, but who fight with that anyway, d long = ok, d baxe = ok, d scimmy is almost ok, d hally = sometimes good. I suppose you could use KB paste on it though, then switch to a DD, then finish them off :)
April 6, 200620 yr well every1 says dragon dagger lol but when i go to dual arean with me DRAGONLONG i easyly hit 47s on those dragon dagger noobs when they take off all armor by far its dragon long special for high levels low levels are probably better off getting 8 hits in with dds but people with 99 str like me own with teh d long

April 7, 200620 yr Mmm, i got a D Mace a couple of days ago for a laugh, just hit 18 with the special (which is 4 more than the tip.it calc says i should be able to unpotted).
