Just take a few herbs patches and some trees and you can manage several dozen xp a day. It would also help, depending on your style, to do a round in the morning and another one or two at night. Not even an hour of playing and great xp :D Yep, I have a friend who does that. I tend to work farming exclusively instead of doing runs daily. Who knows, I might change my mind.
