Yes, it is basically the exact same. But great shading work on the trees, well done. And the guy looks good. Keep working at it, change it a bit so it is a bit different to his and you're gotten yourself one great pixel!!

the only thing I have to say is to make the head a bit bigger.

k the sharks head isway outa wack, his head is to small and his arms he as no anatomy, he has perfectly start torso the feet are to small, thedock is only 2d and has no back legs

its getting close to it yes.

 

and the dock seems like its a fence make them vertical line lean to the right on top u will see it will ge some dimention in it.

 

the cagractar is little odd his feet and some other things i can't point out on it make it look like its made out of paper mabt that will change when more shadings is added

 

I like the trees in teh background and the shark so far looks pretty nice to

I know it's pretty close. I originally had a man pulling in a harpooned shark with a rope. The person who requested it wanted a person harpooning a shark so I changed it.
