Is there anything wrong with switching accounts every 5 months or so?

 

 

 

I've NEVER owned an account over lvl 80 untill Revenge kkc, and I am lacking the fun in him as well. :oops:

 

 

 

Does anyone find it wrong to switch accounts every once and awhile, because I find it pretty sad that i've been playing Runescape for about 3 or 4 years now, only stopping once or twice, and have never had an account to lvl 90, or even 1200 skill total, yet I still have fun enjoying the game.

 

 

 

Post thoughts on if i'm crazy or not. :lol:

You're crazy...nah I'm kidding I used to have loads of accounts around combat 40...now I'm down to a lvl 37...a lvl 9ish and this lvl 105...will I make another pure someday...yeah probably, but for now I'm just chilling and working on the virtually endless ranger/mage pure quest of trying to get 99 HP.

I do it between 2 accounts. I switch between my level 78 and 112 a lot. Mostly on the 78 believe it or not lol.

i got a 100, a 71, a 70, a 78, and a 90 lol... you're not alone...

I've got a 114 with 1661 skill total

 

 

 

A level 97 with 1400+ skill total....(used to play it a lot, it got stolen from me due to my own stupidity, made my current 1661 ST char, got the char back a few months ago...

 

 

 

 

 

A level 92 with 87 mining and 1200 skill total (brother's old account, he quit RS at 77 mining, I got it to 85 then mined rune until 87...

 

 

 

A level 55 with 70 str, 60 attack and 10 defense (dam!)

 

 

 

A level 44 with 70 magic, 60 ranged, and desert treasure completed.

 

 

 

A level 50 sum with 56 defense, 40 str, 45 attack and 62 magic....

 

 

 

 

 

And a few others that I forget.

Its not for me... but who knows... it may be exactly right for you :)

I can't find the time to play on so many accounts. If you think about if you use all your time on one account you might be surprised the exp would add up too a surprising load.

 

 

 

I don't really know, I might make a pure one day when i get those lvls for my main. :P

i got my main

 

a tank mage

 

and a str pure

 

 

 

but at the mo i use my main coz my other two are rubbish at the mo

it's easy to ditch your "main" and start playing on a noob account. The levels on a new account are much easier to gain, so you get them much more often. If you need the satisfaction of leveling quickly without much work, then it makes sense to stop training an account once it takes more time to level.

 

 

 

however, playing this way will never get you to level 99 in anything

I've only ever had one char on RuneScape. Started with this name, and I'll end on this name.

 

 

 

I know someone who only ever trains a set skill on a differently named char.

I did a lot of switching while I was f2p, because I didn't see the point in getting any more attack lvls once I reached 40, or more range lvls after 40 :oops: I got me a miner/smither pure (what a waste of time that was :x ), woodcutting pure (same waste), some combat pures and even had a lvl 3 bank account :oops:

 

 

 

Now that I'm p2p all my RS time goes to my p2p account, I don't think I've even logged in on any of my f2p accounts after I cleaned them out (and by cleaning out I mean giving all the stuff to a friend for his 'birthday' and he giving the exact same stuff to me the next day for my 'birthday' :wink: )

TUT TUT, that would come under account trading. i know you want to show off your mining lvl but dont try and get your self investigated by jagex.

For F2P, you kinda have to ahve more than 1 account to even have fun.

 

 

 

I used to ahve a rune full pure mage, but he's long gone.
