..Not much you can do... Their treatment of customers is tremendous, giving a great chance of account recovery through their Banan-aPeel system. This happened to me.

 

 

 

Send in a ban appeal and put forward your case. Tell them how much time you spend on game, why you are cutting so many yews etc. That's what I did and my ban was lifted.

 

 

 

Make sure you are civil and don't call them noobs etc. Being polite can go a long way.

Did they say it actually was for macroing? Most bans amongst woodcutters imo are for verbal abuse.

 

 

 

It get really nasty sometimes, especially the dutch on the amsterdam servers..

This time i got 100% sure that something is wrong.

 

 

 

In my main account I got muted once because I was in world 1 selling stuff using a hotkey program to type text for me.

 

 

 

In order to prevent more of this I cleanned my pc and installed only WinXP, OfficeXP and a Anti-virus. Nothing else.

 

 

 

Made a 2nd account (level-3, total level 31) and started to use it when i wanted to make marketing (not scamming). Nothing important was lost but.

 

 

 

Today i was in Varrock World 3 selling my oaks for 2 hours. When i logout i had it disabled for breaking rule 7.

 

 

 

How can it be !!!!!
