It's nice. A little too boring for me. Also, the guy in the picture has a green outline in his hair. I'm not sure if you miscropped or if it is supposed to be there. Anyway, I think you should try and spice it up...

i this the transparent text should go into the sig..it looks kinda outa place that way....i dont like the green outline on the char but toher than that its ok.....

I actually like the green outiling imo. It adds some contrast than a ordinary black outline.

Its a bit too plain and the text is in the wrong place. You could do some more blending tho.

Practice is good but try and push the boundries of your skills a little more. Its the only way you get good.
