June 5, 200620 yr Buy iron and coal, smith them into steel bars and sell them for profit. Buy cowhides, tan them and make hardleather bodies. It won't cost any more than 200k to get lvl 50. Retired 2146 overall - 136 combat - 6 skillcapes Plus I think the whole teenage girl thing will end soon (hopefully), because my girlfriend is absolutely in love with him(she is 18), and im beginning to feel threatened by his [Justin Bieber] dashing looks.
June 5, 200620 yr Author because when i reach lvl 40 smith, i can make gold bars and then i will be making my gold bars into ammys with my amounts of gems in the bank. Click Here 4 My Crafting Guide!Yes, I Do have over 100,000+ Emails. I get about 100+ every day. Want some?
June 5, 200620 yr Mine silver, smelt, make tiaras = smithing & craft XP For crafting XP with no competition for materials, mine clay at the dwarven mine, walk to the monastery fountains and wet it (use multiple water containers of the same type, even clay bowls, and they all fill), then go to the barbarian village and make clay bowls. Drop the bowls while walking back to the mine, repeat ad nauseum!
June 5, 200620 yr yes i would have to go with mining silver smelting and crafting it once i made 2k tiaras in a row took me ages, but it meant i could craft my dragonhides :D

October 19, 200619 yr Mine loads of iron and then smelth and smith them.Should be easy and fast. As for crafting i would buy silver ores and smelt/craft to tiaras or just use cowhides
October 19, 200619 yr I found that the most efficient way to train crafting was to buy cowhides for 100ea, tan them into hard leather, and make hardleather bodies. And to train smithing, either mine iron and coal and make steel bars, or simply mine, smelt and smith iron. If you make steel bars, sell them for 550-600ea. This way you get smithing exp, a nice profit, and enough money left over to buy more ores \ This should get you levls really quickly. Good luck!

But please don't bump topics months old, even if they are your own.
January 15, 200719 yr Crafting: Cowhides up to level 40. Smithing: Wait till crafting level 40. You'll need a brown apron. Mine silver in crafting guild (or gold), take a tiara (or amulet) mold, go to faldor, smelt, craft. Sell the tiaras (or amulets) to the general store, and the mold too. Bank. Repeat. Thank the world for spell checkers.

Mine silver in crafting guild (or gold), take a tiara (or amulet) mold, go to faldor, smelt, craft. Sell the tiaras (or amulets) to the general store, and the mold too. Bank. Repeat. this is probably the best advice posted so far. using the crafting guild is your best bet. however a few modifications: once u get to lv 40 crafting you could either do tiara crafting or continue craft cow hides since there is a tanner and cows at the crafting guild. if you are more daring, save your gold ores and sell for at least 300-400 ea, preferably sell at 1k for at least 400 ea. buy gold bars from players for 200 ea. buying gold bars should be easy since members usually spend lots of money buying gold ores and have tons of gold bars left over.

January 16, 200719 yr For Crafting, you can camp out at the guild with a weapon, cash, needle and thread. Kill the cows, go inside to tan them, make the bodies, and either drop them or walk to Rimmington and sell them at the store. Gotta be level 40 crafting though... but this is the cheapest way. Pretty fast, as well. Sig credit goes to ThruItAll. :D
