Let's say, for a brief moment, that you were at the house of the first #1 Construction person (trying not to name names here). While inside for a bit, you suddenly got booted from the house: and outside, you were one of the select few that experienced the largest bug since the November 2003 Phat Dupe: you had the option to attack anyone you pleased.

 

 

 

People in party hats, other rares, and valuables were all at your fingertips. I'm asking a very simple question: what would you do? Please, try to answer honestly. Some would take advantage of the bug, not thinking of being banned, but thinking of going down in RS history, and collecting a few phats along the way. A few loyal players might log out, afraid of being banned for bug abuse. Given the situation, what actions would you take?

Id not report and and just leave it as is so when someone pisses me off I attack them.

Test it out privately on a friend and get the hang of it

 

 

 

make posts on forums of me buying phats, crackers, other rares

 

 

 

kill them

 

 

 

 

 

transfer it to another account

 

 

 

 

 

grab all my runes and best mage gear

^.^ go down in rs history thats what i would do take out the mods first have my friends take down true mods-crators of the game and rampage then........wake up....and find it was all a dream.

I'd kill people saying 'Free armor trimming!' or 'Look Runescape blocks your pass, mine is *****'. And promptly be banned.

Your plan sounded perfect until you decided to kill the mods lol.

i would kill all the autoers then i (lol) would pillage the alchers. im greedy, i probly couldnt help my self if i were in his [position. bull in a china shop kina thing. also, id kill everyone i see with rares, then trade to my real life/trust worthy friend because i would probably get banned in the end. also, i would set up a cannon, kind of noobish, but seriously! in a multi-combat zone, think of all the innocents u could take down. or else i might succumb to the fear of being banned after all hard work and simply log out.

would have killed only the annoying people (who walk around calling people names for no reason, trying to scam, talk bs all the time, and generally idiotic beings) but for innocent people, even if they have a phat there is no reason to be abusing the bug.

I'd log off and report it to jagex. Then I'd go back and see if anyone else was abusing this bug and report theyre [wagon] :evil:

leave it hopping no one knows that i have it on my account but if someone annoyed me to the point of bursting my head then id say ill give you 500k to leave me alone they follow me to a queit spot and i kill them but that would be a rare encounter as i have not met anyone that annoying yet

If I was giving the ability to atack others, I would. I wont run around killing everything I saw, I would target only a few and far inbetween so I wouldnt be banned. After a few kills posibly in banks I would quit and change worlds to 2. From there I would repeat the steps I took to get that gift and reck havok on all the rich merchants in faly, but still very slowly targeting random players in the heavly populated areas. After I have 1billion then I would go on a hunt for any rares. After I keep a rare then its never leaving me so if I am banned, so are they. I from now on I would quit to avoid being banned.

I cannot believe my eyes. I simply cannot. They MUST be lying to me.

At any rate, I'd probably log off, report this bug to Jagex and tell them they've made a HUGE error before a lot of feelings were hurt. Oh, and I wouldn't call attention to the 'Devil's Day' as much as others are. I don't think that '666' is 6/6/06. Maybe the year 666 was a bad omen, but I doubt it. (It also happend on 6/5/06 for me, so yeah.)

Anyway I'd probably check I wasn't dreaming first then kill annoying little people. After that I would probably go on a killing spree on people with valuable equip on. It would be fun to slaughter so many with no one to stop you. That is to say until the mods show up :wink:
