zerosouls Posted June 20, 2006 Share Posted June 20, 2006 Well i have finals coming up Wednesday afternoon, Thursday morning, and if i get out alive Friday Morning. I gotta say i'm pretty nervous because i'm a C maybe at best a B student this year so the pressures on for me. Tomorrows my last day yay!!! But i have a geography test tomorrow on the last day :shock: ! Then a geo exam the very next day after that :shame: ! Now he's just pushing it. Anyways he told us the test tomorrow was about general things that all Canadians should know so i'm not going to study for 9 hours, you wouldn't believe the stack of paper i have from his geo class, i would say that it amounts to a tree maybe two? knives669 Posted June 20, 2006 Share Posted June 20, 2006 Try to relax as much as you can before the exam. ^_^ I know this can be hard, but if you go in there worrying that you're going to fail, you might screw up. What I do before my exams is skip every class hour before the hour of the class I have an exam in. I'll either play a video game, go to a friend's house, something like that.... I think i'll just take it easy and relax but study quite a bit like maybe an hour or two but i hope to do well but all i need is a 50 to pass everything so that brings the pressure down. Acinonyx Posted June 20, 2006 Share Posted June 20, 2006 Today was my last exam! And the good thing was, I had the whole weekend plus last night to study...I have a feeling I did well. It feels so good to be free. I remember the good old days in middle school when the last days of school were actually enjoyable. We would have cookouts or water balloon fights outside, or go on field trips to amusement parks. In high school, it just ends abruptly but its a bit more relieving when you get to the end. I try to bring a bottle of water with me to drink during the exam but don't drink too much that you have to use the restroom in the middle of the exam (some teachers I know are pretty paranoid of cheating and time how long you're in the restroom :-s ). I heard from my english teacher that a while back, there was a kid who steamed off the label around his water bottle and wrote some math formulas on the inside. Mr_Putter Posted June 20, 2006 Share Posted June 20, 2006 Math is Thursday, Physics Friday, Chemistry is Tuesday (sucks it's so far away :(, want to get to summer holidays.) Physics and Math I need to do really well on...I need to break the 80% barrier, and I'm so close to 80 right now it would be a shame not to do well. The thing is, I can't study, my brain has been on summer mode for like 2 months now (I've dropped 8 percent in physics since mid-term, and about 5-8 in Math). It's so hard to study, I was supposed to start right when I got home...3 hours later, I'm sitting here, posting this, and watching Erkle. It's so hard not to procrastinate.
