Decided to play some RS..found a nice surprise

Featured Replies

Wow..its been a long time since I last posted here, but anyway..here is my story.

At the start of this previous school year I decided to quit RS. I made this decision because A) It was getting boring, and B) I had other things to do. Well now that we are into summer, I decided that I may as well log on and play for a little bit. So I try to log on, but my password doesn't work. So, I try all the other passwords I have ever used, and none work. So I do the little lost password thing, and get mine back. So, I can finally log on.

Now, I explicitly remember not having anything in my bank, because I had given much of my stuff away to a friend of mine. So I did not care that I had apparently been hacked, because there would be nothing to take anyway. So I log on thinking "damn I have no stuff..what will I do?" The first thing I notice is that I have pink hair, and I never remember giving myself pink hair. So I dismiss that and go to my bank where I find it is not empty. I find a nice set of rune, about 250k in cash, and a nice about of lobsters to use as food for training. Apparently, the person who hacked me was thinking that he could use my account as his main account or something, and he didn't consider the fact that I might actually try and log on. I only wish I could thank the person who hacked for saving me the trouble of getting armor and stuff so I could train.

Wow, a 1 in a million hacked case gone good! Very nice bro, very nice. :) Couldn't we all be as lucky? Nope, cause most of us won't let ourselves be hacked. ;-)

You were away long enough for him to have changed your recoveries.. since you got the account back I guess he wasn't smart enough to do so. Lucky you =)

I just thought of that too lol. I guess some people are just plain stupid lol.

Wow very lucky, perhaps I should go around getting myself hacked more often :P

Wow that chump is pretty...well, I'm sure we all have things to say about it.

I would really like their reaction, it would be priceless.

I would love to see this person's reaction. *falls off chair laughing* Well, that's a lesson to him/her for stealing. I wish I had that sort of luck. However, I think it'd be a good idea for you to change your password and set a new recovery question.

"People are idiots. Some just like to say they reported you to see your reaction, others are just spastic losers that believe everything is reportable, and others got banned and end up reporting everyone because they are mentally disturbed"

Yes, good idea. I have done that.

I'm just trying to imagine him trying to log on and going, "omg! I've been haxored!"

Ahhhhh...the sweet smell of justice brewing in the morning. It really warms the soul.

This can't be classified as a scam but there is something similar. Person A gives out free account to person B withperson A's recoveries. Person A waits 6 days, recovers account and takes items drop traded onto the account.

I wish everyone who was hacked has an outcome like that. Congratz \'

55/99 slayer.......I'll get there one day.

Plain and Simple - =D> Way to go hacker =D> You sure are smart. Good you got it back though.

thats what my friend did once, though he got loads of XP AND stuff, but you need to check that the account doesn't have any stuff on when doing it ;D

I quite hate it when i'm hacked at all. All my cases were that the hacker used my account as his/her main...I hate when people get my skills up i'd rather do it myself. That's why i wanna see if i can have my attack, strength, defence, hitpoints reduced to their orignal state.
