You know.. It's better to just report, add to ignore, and walk away. Scammers often go into a fury whenever they have been reported, and told so.

Why does not being able to afford it make you a kid..? As for F2P or P2P they both have their pros and cons, obviously, P2P will have more pros, because they get a few more skills, mini-games, and just a whole lot more to do, so you have basically something new to do every time you play. I like F2P because everything is more of a challenge.. You don't have access to more mines, more places to cut trees, more places to fish, ect. So when you get to a certain level, you feel you've accomplished more.. Plus it's always fun to chat it up with new players.. they're much more gratefull when you give them a few items to get a few levels, or a few gold.

Official Client, seems to work better on my computer compared to my Browser.

Some people said that it helps you type faster.. But most people that play RuneScape (most, but not all.) use short-hand words, and other little shortcuts (Thx, sry, pls/plz.) so yes, they might be able to spell those words a bit quicker, but not the same for normal vocabulary.

Not many people know that though. So people just call whomever 'noobs.' High-leveled or low.

Someone suggested Jagex adding the word, 'Noob.' to the word filter, but if you read the rules, they even say it's nothing bad, all it means is a new player, and that 'we were all one once.' Besides, if you do find it annoying, just ignore them, or if things get REALLY bad, turn off RuneScape.

Of course you can make 10m as F2P. Just depends if you're patient enough, and determined enough..

Uh.. Considering they're 'Member Items' I don't think any free-players can use them.

I think the whole 'politness' thing is only a problem with younger players. Now I'm not saying every young player is a scammer, or someone who just acts like a jerk whenever they get the chance, but most of the younger players I meet are often rude, and have no respect. With that being said, there are always the older players that are still rude.. But I think it all goes with the fact that people think just because someone's behind a computer screen, one does not get hurt, or take things seriouslly.. And that when you are rude to someone on the computer, they can't do anything back to you. This is a game though, so if someone is being rude, you can easily just ignore them, and if you really need to, just log-out, and do something else (Easier said than done, I'm sure.) I like what you said though, about just talking to the players, and treat them nicely. Treat others as you would like to be treated. Oh well, I guess I rambled quite a bit though.. but I think I made some points. Enjoyed the post archer11, nice work. :-)

You do know that the charge shows up on most people's phone-bills? So when your parents get a phone-bill at the end of the month, it will say something like 'Jagex/RuneScape - 10.00$' Atleast I know that happends for my phone-bill, might be different in different places.

I had members for awhile.. I enjoyed more places to do things, but overall it's all the same. So I just waited for my membership to expire and started doing F2P things again.. for some reason it's alot more fun than P2P.

The zombies drop a very nice amount of steel arrows.. Really easy to train on too, at around 70 combat a full inventory of salmon/trout and last you several hours.. Reeeeally easy.

You can always go on the forums, look for who's buying/selling, and PM them. Aslong as you have a decent amount, I'm sure the P2Pers will world hop.

I don't see why there has to be a guide to being a skill-pure. Being an ex-skill pure myself, and getting quite a few skills to decent levels, I just don't see what the point of a guide is.. You get an axe, you chop some trees.. You get a pickaxe, you mine some rocks.. Continue until you're bored out of your skull, then switch to a new skill.. Other than that, the guide was presented well, so I won't be too mean. O:)

Finally. Never met him, but it doesn't matter. Just another player, and this is pretty much just another quitting thread..

Woah.. A bank in Lumbridge? That'll make farming Cowhides alot easier.. I sure like the new spell though.. Looks so good.

I LOVE IT. Wow.. It looks so much better.. I'm already used to it, it's so easier to look at.. I love how they did everything. GREAT update.

I notice that alot.. 'OMGZ LIEK TEH GRAPHIX R SUX.' But they don't realize that the gameplay is great, and often the community is great too.

I have a story of an opposite fate.. Quite awhile ago, I got a friend to play RuneScape with me, and he liked it.. He bought membership within the first ten minutes off Tutorial Island, he played for a week.. Then said that the game was the worst he's ever played.. But, still to this day (This is about two years later) his account is STILL a member, so he's been paying for membership for the WHOLE entire time he hasn't been playing.. Just thought I'd share that.

Lucky. I've wanted to do that, but I never happend to have enough money to afford it. Oh well, luck you.. You better have said thank-you.

Explore the F2P world. It's pretty much the best way to find out what there is, ask people whom are wearing something you think are neat, if they're nice, they'll tell you.
