ok if you know who nightwish is where do you stand on the thought of them getting rid of Tarja Turenen. I mena yea they might have done it for the better but ill they be the same withought her. I do't think the keyboard player thooumas (he writes the music) I do'n't think he like. Personally I think he was in love with Tarja I hope he stays In the band.

I LOVE Nightwish ... and I'm so sad that Tarja Turunen left *starts crying* I pray the thoumas (or however it is spelt) doesn't leave either.

1) She didn't leave. She was booted out by the other four members because her attitude towards the band and the fans had become terrible.

 

2) Tuomas would never leave, he's made it quite clear that the band means too much to him.

 

3) Tarja won't come back to Nightwish, not after the way her husband/manager actively tried to block the release of the Nightwish book.

Hardly. The remaining four members are still actively rehearsing, an open casting call for a new vocalist has been open since March and knowing Tuomas he's already written three new albums by now. We probably won't get a new album this year, but if they pick a new voice between now and three months there'll definiately be a new album around 2007.

 

 

 

The upside to all this is that the band members now have more time for their other bands (Brother Firetribe, Tarot, For My Pain...).

Nightwish are too good to be dead, plus Tarja Turunen has been singing er.. "Elsewhere". She might find her own band...mm I don't know but I do hope so .. and Nightwish will still be as equally as good

Outside of being the voice, Tarja was never that important to the band. She never contributed to the writing process and rehearsed outside of the band. She usually just showed up, sang what they wanted her to sing and left again. She's not as irreplacable as you might think.

I saw Nightwish live at Boxing day 2004 and Tuomas sang few songs, including Megadeth's tornado of souls. Gotta admit I liked more about the songs he sang than the ones Tarja did.

 

 

 

If you ask me, I'd like to hear a full album of Nightwish with Tuomas singing. IMO he's am underrated singer and they are looking a new singer for no reason.

Oh wow. I never knew Tuomas sang .. darn why don't I know these things. He'd surely be really good 'coz his lyrics are awesome.
