Don't be angry for what we, and many other people, thing is a posotive aspect in for new players, and helps them get to a fresh start. Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day, teach him to fish for himself and he'll eat for a lifetime. I like that. We are holding a question and answer session. We'll give them the gift - and tell them how to get another if they lose it. We will give them a fish, and teach them how to fish. I see you also have some valid points, but will this affect you? You're teaching them that these things you give them aren't worth much, so they're immediately greedy, you're teaching them they can get things for free, so they're immediately dependant on others. If you really want to help the newbs, you ought to go out to lumbridge and teach them, not give them things. Whenever I see someone in help, I'll teach them how to help themselves. I even took a guy all around RuneScape for dye ingredients last week, and it makes me feel good. I've taught him some things, and shown him the way. If you really want to do good, do that. I ask you one last time, change what you are doing. Don't give them things! And I left because, I'm sorry, but I'd rather do homework or something than pick cabbages, and even worse pick them and then give them away so I've gained nothing. And the whole point of the OoC is that we don't gain anything from cabbage picking/synching/bombing/art apart from fun and freindship.
