As a crewbie working on the items DB, I can confirm this. Yes, virtually all items in Runescape will be found in the database and for each item we will try to provide a list of locations where it can be found (or how it can be made). Of course, most likely that we will miss a lot of respawning points, but you will be able to submit the info to us as soon as a beta DB will be online. So don't delete the info you gathered so far, it will be very helpful in the near future :)
