Pest control at world 78 gone bad?

What really annoys me is people on whichever world who don't understand tactics, and won't listen to ideas on how to win.

 

If there aren't enough higher levelled players, don't try and attack every portal at once, you always lose.

well this sucks! I had it all planned out to become a meber for a few months of pure pc to get amazing cb. But now that I see this I dont know what I'll do, I'm too low cb to join one of those "elite squads"

Jagex "could" create 2 landers. The second lander will only let you on if you are 80+ in combat. Jagex could even increase the difficulty of the islands, although the rewards would be the same.

 

 

 

That way, everybody wins.

By "win" I meant everybody 40 and above can enjoy the game. In fact, I think 4 landers will be best

Combat 100+

 

 

 

Each going to a progressively more difficult island.

Well the minimum combat to play PC is 40, so i dont think theres 20 running around :-# but the 40s usually dont do much either (they CAN help, they just won)

 

 

 

I was actually playing on world 78 yesterday and this one portal just wasnt going down because there was 3 spinners that noone could get to...but wait! look theres a lvl 98 standing right in the middle of the monsters! yes yes he could distract the spinners and we would win. but nooo, when about 6 people ask him to distract the spinners whats his responce? "Lol, noobs, i dont want them to attack me" :wall: :wall: :wall:

 

Well, of course we lost, which im glad because he didnt deserve those points.

 

 

 

 

 

Anyways, if you are above 90 combat and tied of long games that loose far too often on world 78, check out the thread in General P2P listed "Organizing a 90+ Level for PC" by Kaotic_Supa.

 

We have been very sucessfull in games so far. Games NEVER loose and last under 1 minute including waiting time on boat. Ive been getting 60+ popints an hour (compared to 20-25 if ur lucky on world 78)

Yesterday i switched to a world and it had 6 people on the boat all between lvl 50-80 with me a lvl 109 we managed to win 2\3 games. We had 2 people kill off the monsters and me and the rest went to each portal together and killed the portals. You dont really need high lvls to win just a plan.

I still win like 99% of my games there and I've been playing it hard the last couple of days.

 

Or maybe your right and I'm just single handedly winning my games. :P

Well i need soem rannars so i head over to world 78 to get some herb packs. 10 games later and still havnt won a single one. Has world 78 gone bad somehow? :wall:

Well since the idea of it being the premier world to go to and do Pest Control, obviously the bottom of the barrel players would show up and leech off of the higher players.

 

 

 

Looks like we've got to find a new world and this time make it like the Underground Farm TELL NO ONE! It'd have to be one big secret shared by higher levels and hopefully only the higher ups that were trustworthy to only tell other high level and trustworthy people.

 

 

 

There was a group gathering together on here but I haven't seen much from it, but maybe their following the plan to the letter :wink:

 

 

 

please count me in... i hate losing. i went there played tens games and only won 2. It's getting annoying, i hate when people next to the spinners refuuse to att... I've taken down 2 portals before solo and we still lost... how does this happen? i don't play unless i see atleast 10 people lvl 90+.

Losing has nothing to do with the level of players. It's all based upon the tactics. I've been playing 78 all day today, and I've lost like 3 games so far.

 

 

 

Any world shouldn't be limited by level of players, but willingless and ability to work in a team.

yeah i made a post about this like a month ago...

 

but it was locked cause some kids were arguing about if english people are bad at rs or something and flaming up my thread.

It has gone bad, though I don't think switching world is the best strategy, they would just follow. There is no way to keep things like that a secret.

 

I think we should educate people on good tactics, obviously people will realize that it's worthless to get 50 and then sit around, because they be getting any xp.

 

 

 

People need to know things like; don't kill the south shifter, go for south

 

portals first, and ect..
