In the uk you can drive at 17, but not legally drink beer until 18 In the usa (correct me if i am wrong) in some states you can drive at 14, but you cant drink legally until you are 21 you cant drive until your 16 wrong! in kansas you can get your permit at 14 years of age, and drive to school/work only during certain times at the age of 15. at the age of 16, you get an intermediate license, which classifies you as a minor and allows you to drive all the time except for about 5 hours in the early morning. then at the age of 21 you can get a full license, which classifies you as an adult.
