July 18, 200620 yr Ok, I'm standing here in the fishing guild and this guy is making the Sandwich Lady appear for him every 3 seconds or so. It's the same guy too, I've seen him make her pop up at least 8 or 9 times within the last few minutes. He'll make her appear, take the prize, and make her appear again. Anyone know anything about this?

July 18, 200620 yr Programs cannot edit the server data, only the client can be editted and even then it is only client side so this is not the work of a program. I REPEAT: No programs can edit data server side. Only way to do such is by abusing a bug in the game's code by sending certain packets to offset it. I feel smart.

I'm pretty sure Jagex made it so you can't get them that often, because that would just make the game REALLY ANNOYING. Find him, ask him to do it again, report for bug abuse and tell others to do the same.

July 18, 200620 yr If you walk away from her, or teleport she will teleport and follow you. July 18, 200620 yr I think I know what might have happened. Sometimes, if people are pile-ing on reports for a given username, it will cause npcs to pop-up like nothing else... But to have the sandwich lady that many times though? I have the feeling the other guy is right, because it sounds like a major bug is being abused... even I don't get the npcs that often. :shock: and normally with a cool mind.(Warning: This user can be VERY confusing to some people... And talks in 3rd person for the timebeing due to how insane they are... Sometimes even to themself.)

July 18, 200620 yr i have no idea what happend to me the other day but i got like 20 random events...SERIOUSLY. i got mysterious old man like 6 times and saw him a whole bunch of other times. plus i got sandwich lady twice, evil chiken, rock golem twice, and drunken dwarf! It was crazy 98% of teens have tryed or have smoked, used pot, and drugs. If you are one of the 2% that don't, copy this into ur signature.

July 19, 200620 yr if it was a bug it was useless to make her pop-up (he just gets his inv filled with useless food which heals several hp and doesnt let him keep nore fish) and maybe he reported the bug... Use Tinderbox -> RuneHQ / 32 more options

If he can learn how to manipulate randoms to appear at his will, he could probably do it at the worst time possible. Say Im in barrows, fighting Dharoks - then he comes up, makes the sandwich lady talk to me, this throws me off a bit, and I die. This easily could happen, lots of people were complaining about the teleother trick people would pull on them in barrows. In Khazakstan we say God, Man, Horse, Dog, then Woman, Rat and small cockroach..M.A.D 4 Lyfe
