July 28, 200619 yr That message really pops up when you reach that runecrafting level, however as there is no blood alter in the game, it is currently impossible to craft blood runes. That message was put in there most likely for a future update
July 28, 200619 yr It was a fake, the highest rune you can craft is deaths at 65. Even before MEII came out and Deaths were craftable, you still got the message at 65 that you could craft them. Which is probably something you didn't know. The blood pic isn't fake. 77 is the level for bloods and there even is a blood altar in the abyss, tho' if you try to go into it you get a message in your chat bocks saying a mysterious force holds you back. We don't rebel to sell it just suits us well, we're the bright young things.

July 28, 200619 yr And you can craft souls at I think 90. Actually you can't. I know there are some quest related runes that aren't runecraftable but blood and soul runes are NOT craftable. So techniclly you can't.
