July 30, 200619 yr Dream Theater - The Glass Prison (arpeggio section) Basically, the hella fast guitar arps at the start. Never got them fully nailed. Other than stupid technical stuff it'd be the solo from Child in Time by Deep Purple. La lune ne garde aucune rancune.

July 31, 200619 yr although im not fond on jimi hendrix too much i tried playing voodoo chile, i had no practice because i dont have a wa pedal but my friend has this like 100 dollar pedal with 80 settings which im gonna get soon and i played the entire song almost flawlessly, took me a few min to get the intro down but i did pretty good ive been playing guitar for 8 years lol :s 485th person to ever play RuneScapeBlue107- perm banned 10/12/2007. $300 USD reward if you can get me in contact with someone who will take 5 seconds to look at evidence and get my original character unbanned.
July 31, 200619 yr I've been playing guitar for about 2 months now, the hardest thing I've attempted is A Change of Seasons by Dream Theatre. I can play it at about half the real speed but it still challenges me in some places. Thanks Venomai for this super sig and Kwimbob for the awesome avatar!

Listen to the beginning... Hysteria is a pure rhythm piece, it's not that hard, but keeping it in time was a little trickier. Play with a metronome to see if that helps you. I'm currently getting through Charlie Parker's Donna Lee. Bloody difficult, check it out on youtube for some videos of it being played

August 9, 200619 yr Any Rush song's on drum Neil Peart is so wicked fast and complex yet so methodically persistent and precise...The man is a genius and a true visioanry/revolutionary drummer (the best ever IMO) or playing Master of Puppets - Metallica ( I just picked up guitar 1 week ago) and some Eddie Van Halen solos (also a visionary for his intrument)
