It would be incredibly unfair for f2p players to be victimized by p2p players hunting them down in the wilderness using whips, dragon weapons, poisoned weapons, etc. Stuff that f2p would have no defense against. Sorry, guys, allowing P2P-only stuff to be used in F2P worlds has got to be one of the worst ideas I've ever heard. Blue mystic armour should be f2p because i honestly believe that mages in f2p that dont pk have the worst option of clothing around. Should they use blue.... or black robes? When I first saw this thread I thought it was about making members items not being useable at all in free worlds. For example a member cant wear mystic robes while in the free worlds to show it off. Imagine how much harder it would be when Dragon Picks are released and, with this idea implemented, dozens of Members come to f2p to show off their new picks. Rtp000's idea has some merit, but there was a rant that dealt with a similar topic and many members complained about not wanting to have to change out of their p2p gear just to visit a friend on f2p for a few minutes, and in that I can understand their ire, so I don't see it happening. What I would like to see regarding p2p items in f2p worlds is the ability for f2pers to at least use the Examine feature to learn about p2p items. I'm sure there would be a lot more people finding ways to become members if they could know what the various p2p items can actually do for them, as opposed to "You need to be on a members' server". My members ran out recently and until next holidays i'm either stuck in what i'm wearing of if i change i'll have to drop/stash it. No one would bother suggesting to make members items useable on non-members other wise it wouldnt be "non"-members but making it available to ex-members to equip/unequip members items even when on f2p worlds cant harm anyone. Imagine the 4 dds specs (8 hits in all), then the whip spec, and the guys probably dead. If he isn't dead, then Enfeeble, then another hit from the whip, and he's dead.
