Now I got 51 ectophials myself :anxious: and i banked them all and logged out. When I logged back in I only had ONE ecophial in my bank, so Jagex must have done someting that prevents you having more than one. Not cool. Though it is VERY strange why they would try and limit the number of ectophials in your bank? Perhaps just to save hard disk space so that they only have to store whether you have an ectophial or not instead of how many ectophials? You can duplicate Family Crest, but u can't have 2 different ones, you need to have the same ones. It has been taught by Drool-something (I forgot that full name) in his single item's guide. P.S. You used to be able to duplicate Crest Gauntlets without dying, but now that they removed the "drop" option with "destroy", it's practically impossible now. I duped mine when it still had the "drop" option, and to do it, you need to talk to the Father of the 3 sons (Just as the quest is coming to an end, can't do it if you finished it, unless you go by the kamikaze route; but from what I understand, the outcome will be different.) He will give you a Steel Gauntlet, I dropped it, and asked for another one (I tried picking both up - you can't.) Now, I had my teleports with me, so I quickly teleported to Camelot, ran to catherby, got mine enchanted into a Cooking Gauntlet, teleported back to Varrock, and ran back to the Father, and picked up the Steel Gauntlet that was still on the ground. It's very trivial, yes, to talk of such an old way, but knowledge is power I guess. If someone dies at the Barrows or some place in Morytania and they only have one they then have to take a walk of shame back to the ghost woman. Someone with 100 could just grab another and possibly even make it back to their death pile near the ectofungus. That's a pretty good advantage. Yes, I know most of this walk of shame was already recently removed with the Canafis teleport and even more-so the house portal to Canafis, but it's still an advantage, especially if you end up dying at the fountain as people do and have a chance to get to that death pile. Combat 116+; Total 1900+; All Hard Tasks; (Nearly) All quest points; (Nearly) All skills 60+; An aquatic moose ninja.Currently: Using 63 hunter to get some of those "Chins", then I'm going to range stuff down. Interruptions of agility when I feel like it, as well.And lucky enough to get 4 Dragon and 6 Barrow Drops.[hide]Kwimbob now looks exactly like me in real life except for hair color. Yes, this means I look exactly like the protagonist of that certain anime that my second character, Faye_V is also named after. Yes, I bought a jacket that also looks like his. You can't have 2 in your inv/bank (not even 1 in each!) at the same time, so i had to "play leapfrog" with it for the entire quest ( i would pick one up, move a bit, drop it, pick the other one up, move past the first one, drop it, then pick up the first one i dropped). I eventually beat the quest this way and got one for my bank! i have another page of sweet ones (like a legendary cocktail for my cocktail collection!). My other 2 favs are the dagger from legends, and..............a green enchanted ghostspeak ammy!! Yeah that came out when rs2 did and it kinda made my mad but i didn't know you could go back for it after the quest?
