I know some people are going to say, "you don't pay you don't get exta stuff, stop whining!"But really, there should be some harder f2p quests!

I mean Dragon Slayer's pretty hard...I did it at level 50! All you need is some lobbs and strength potions....Yeah this is a little bit of a rant...

Heh... Member snobs. <.<

I have to agree with him on this one... More challenging quests would be great, but that's an update we would never get. One of the biggest points Jagex makes about why you should become a member, is the larger variety of quests.

Says the nonmember...

Free players do deserve some updates, this isn't one of them.

I know I'm going to say: "you don't pay you don't get extra stuff, stop whining!"

If you want harder quests, get P2P. No need to update stuff that is already in the game.

Agreed. This is coming from a current non-member, if you really are getting bored of Runescape, pay for it or log off and let your account gather dust. I know that sometimes I have absolutly longed for another quest to do, or even a quest to become hard enough to make another account to try and attempt it, but that's really probably is why I decided to attempt to become a member (I'm on my second attempt right now, first $5 US got lost in the mail). And also, if you dont like F2p, just think about it, it's probably the best demo of a game you will ever find, it constantly expands, has no time restrictions, allows you to interact with peying customers, and lets you keep a friends list to talk with any player who has private chat set to the mode needed and does not ahve you on his/her ignore list. So if you don't like this demo, try another game or pay for the real thing (and to let it be known, there isn't really a game that amounts to the even the F2p version of Runescape, let alone the actual version.

There's no such thing as regret. A regret means you are unhappy with the person you are now,

and if you're unhappy with the person you are, you change yourself. That

regret will no longer be a regret, because it will help to form the new,

better you. So really, a regret isn't a regret.

It's experience.

this f2per has to agree with the member here.

oh and too te guy who called f2p a demo your wrong buddy F2p is the basic game and members would be liek buying an expanaion pack. The orignal game has been out longer than the expansion membership so please refrian from calling it a demo.

but yes we dont need more chalenging quests and all that stuff. I mean ok maybe one more hardish quest would be nice but personaly id rather see the new imporved bank with more space for us (yes i jsut combined two prominent ideas) and the freinds list upgrade more. And we will likely see them first anyway because they would be a big benifit to the entire rs comunity and not just f2p.

I don't really agree with this either... If they did add a quest, it would probably be a very simple quest that would work something like the stronghold of security.

~10 out of 10 cows agree. The greatest Runescape addition was the rubber chicken.

The whole point of F2P is for it to be a demo. It's a very large, encompassing demo but still a demo nonetheless. What people don't understand is that F2P is supposed to make you want to become a member. It's designed to be lacking in many areas; enough to still get you hooked but not enough to make you want to keep playing.

You say that F2P needs harder quests but that kinda defeats the purpose doesn't it? If Jagex gave F2P harder quests people would stay F2P longer, denying potential money from Jagex. From a business standpoint, F2P is meant to be a hook. It discourages people from getting high levels because of the lack of good ways to get experience and lack of things to do. Treat it as such and then decide whether you want members or not. The only change I believe Jagex should make to F2P is add bankspace due to the influx of holiday items.

By the way, yes I have members skills but I've been F2P for over a year now.

Erm...Wrong....P2P is the whole game. Although RuneScape was orginally free. F2P is the unexpanded RuneScape; un-updated. P2P is the whole game.
