Green Knight (sir gawain and the green knight), or patsy (monty python and the holy grail), and my personal favorite don quixote from the book of the same name

I'm sure you'll think of something but good luck with the name quest :

RuneScape, as stated by the Gowers and later JAGeX, has always been maintained as having no specific time frame/period. Of course, it has medieval elements to the game, such as knights, dragons etc, but also a lot of references to different eras, including the most contemporary. So there you go, the more you know.
