Basically, any randoms that force you to speak with them while you are in the middle of combat are bad. Particularly those that tele you away when you dont/are unable to chat. I'm looking at you sandwich lady! I think the safe access to a deposit box is a reward in itself. Expecially like others have said; while training range or far from a bank.
