Both. With only time you could train more than usually but without any skill, almost all of that time would have been wasted. With only skill in the game you would know all the best training spots, how to train that and how do this... But with but without time... You get the drill.

It could take hours, days, weeks, months... Who knows? Are you p2p? Because... F2p don't get clues.
