The new system has been posted on a un-official forum, and has had overwealming success. Containing a walkthrough to how to work it, and pictures, I would be surprised if you didn't use it. That seems a lot simpler method than x monster has an 172/957 chance of dropping a certain item nah, they still wanna take over the world, its just that the monsters of runescape keep eating them so they can never persue the plans of taking over the world! \ 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving.
