yes he is very amazing. I am a percussionist myself. I have had 2 years of training, going on my third and I am pretty good for only 2 years. I know for fact that that amount of skill takes up to 8 years of percussion atleast.

That is absolutely amazing, i can honestly say i dont think ive ever seen a drummer (well with only a snare drum i believe it was correct me if im wrong) that tallented.

seems good but I don't play set neither do I pay attention to many set players so I don't know exactly what is good for set and what is not. I am mainly just a single snare person.

ZXT Zildjians are bad. Their about 2-4th worst Zildjian Series. THats why their that cheap. Planet Z is lowest --> ZHT, ZXT,ZBT --> A Series and stuff.

 

 

 

Not much of a Zildjian Drummer, I use Sabians mostly except on one of my hats and then my K Custom Rides. But Sabian AA (all of them) Splashes are next to godlike. And O-Zones are great and AA, AAX, HH, HHX etc all sabian. Portnoy is endorsed by Sabian, because it pwns =D>

yeah its at DCI, so of course its a good drummer. hes definately not the best though. nice clean double strokes though

Getting clean double strokes isn't to hard. Though I don't know why most people can't do it. LOL. 24th notes where the hardest for me when I was introduced to them.

 

 

 

I may try out for a drum core when I get the chance. This guy isn't the best but when he puts it on his elbow it is pretty impressive. When I showed this to my brother who has been involved in music for 9 years playing instruments most people never hear of he said
