magictv
Get pissed off and storm around in a mood, before getting more wound up. Then putting it off till the day before it has to be done and doing it all, like I am doing now with my Physics project. Anyway I'm annoyed with this physics so I'm going to bed now. Goodnight. Bon nuit. [/bads]

Sp4de
Eh, to be honest, I build my feelings up inside. Which is probably why I yell at my parents all the time and I'm constantly getting in fights at school.. ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâï(̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâú_o)/̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâï
kido14
Here is what usually happens when I get overwhelmed: -I start worrying -Start listening to some music -Take a deep breath -Go for a short bike ride around my neighborhood. It's really easy to clear my head and think straight. -Finally, I have my religion. I just trust that God will take care of me, and I know I can dump my anxiety on Him, so that eases my mind almost completely. This is how I'm stress free almost all of the time, as cheesy as it may sound. Even if religion was abunch of bull (which I don't believe btw), it still helps me more than anything. stan18
What do you do..?If I do anything other what I'm meant to be doing, everything just gets worse. thats what i would have said i usually do my work while listening to music / on AIM. It adds an hour or so to the time spent working, but its not as stressful. i still get ~5 hours of sleep each night, though
