deloriagod
What do you do..? When school/work becomes overwhelming, people are always asking you to do things, you can barely find time to eat (or use the restroom for that matter), and you've just about had it.. When every little thing sets you off and you can't help but complain about the little things.. When everything gets too stressful.. How do you get rid of all that stress? Personally, I say screw whatever I'm supposed to be doing.. I turn up the music, grab some paper + a pencil, lock the door, and spend hours enjoying my time alone.. I know I'll have to catch up on what I'm suppose to be doing but I put that out of my mind knowing it'll be easier once I'm back to my good old self. Speaking of which.. I'm off to draw for a while.. Barihawk
I hope on MS Flight Simulator and continue my travels around the world. Always on multiplayer so I can chat aviation with the guys online. Just pick a hobby! Something fun, and not repetitive! Something you truly enjoy doing. Most importantly: Get away from what is causing you the stress! I personally escape anywhere with a movie or even a day trip to Palo Duro Canyon. No_OnE
Curl up in a corner and start poppin' pills... Umm, seriously, I just forget about the school work for just a little while. I get on the internet, start listening to music, and take a break.

Nadril
It's all in the music man. I was talking with my friend a bit back about this, after I came back from a pretty stupid day of Bio Lab. Bassicly said I was stuck paired with two idiots. To make it worse, one of them was one of those people that always go "I suck at bio..." "i suck at this..." "i suck at that..." ect. I've got to tell you, it's damn anoying. So after bio I was a bit steamed. To add to the fire I had to deal with an idiot in guild wars:factions (who, after a PvP match blamed me [the monk] for not healing well. Little did he see there was an enemy mesmer [anti-monk I must add] taking off all the enchantments I use for healing. I tried to explain to him and we started to argue. Well, I misspelled "really" (I said Realy...) and he realy got on my back about that. Anyways, I decided to walk down to the taco johns down about half a mile. On the way I sort of listened to something like this: Brutal Death metal --> Death metal --> Entergetic Power metal ---> more Power metal ---> Few awsome song's with great solos. I ended with getting taco johns 8-) . I've gotta say, felt much better after that . But anyways, music is it for me.

Barihawk
I deal with it, and then just take any of the emotions i have left over (if im stressed, im usually angry) and play video games. Just immerse myself in a new world and a diffrent life helps. Be careful with that though. Taking out emotions on a game is still relying on emotions. The trick is forgetting about what causes you stress. Over the weekend, I was writing a 10 page paper and just couldnt work. I turned on the TV and Patton was on. After 5 hours of awesomeness, I was refreshed and able to finish the paper! My heart is broken by the terrible loss I have sustained in my old friends and companions and my poor soldiers. assassin_696
I put on some music, normally something relaxing or one of those songs that always puts a smile on my face, barrage myself in my room and lie on my bed. Takes me away from it all. "Da mihi castitatem et continentam, sed noli modo"
BlueLancer
Overefficiency is ridiculous, people NEED breaks to avoid stress that could ultimately tire you so much you couldn't even get up to school/work in the mornings. Good things to do.. Listen to music, watch TV, read. I wouldn't suggest video games though, that's just me. Sometimes in life, no matter what "deadlines" and "timetables" your projects or 'necessary' work have, you must let it slip. Not always, but once in a while. issy2
I go for a very long bike ride, leave a message on the home phone, stay out as long as I want, come back when I want. I listen to reassuring music and try to unpick what's annoying me, while avoiding contact with every other living being except Tess. :D

Seahawk10490
I relieve stress by going outside and hitting rotten apples from our apple trees with a baseball bat. SirHartlar
I usually listen to music or play basketball., if it is at the weekend then I might play videogames. Best option (I find) is to immerse yourself in something until you subconsciously find a solution to a problem.
ExcelBlue
Well, usually I dont let project slip. But sometimes, i'm not in the mood. I end up listening to music, or playing some basketball with friends. If the condition outside isn't good (Rain, snow) then i'll usually read some TIF forums and get back to the project. :) . The optimal.
