Its no receord, but i got it done at 90 combat.

im cb lvl 91 and i got all the quest done, but i need to do only devious minds, i need only 2 smithing lvls and training it now got all the other stats...

ancients is far easy and legends was a laugh.... Im sure MEP2 is the hardest and the 2nd hardest is RFD i think.

I'm only 83 and I got my pwittyful quest cape :P

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I had a bit of trouble with RFD, but that was it really.

Ive seen a lvl 69 with a quest cape

I think you could do all quest so far at around lvl 60 if you got the skills sorted.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I personally have done all quest (94 cmb) and have found for the most part all the combat parts pretty easy to do.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In fact for the past 20 or so levels there have been no combat quest really for me to do. So we're talking me finding things like monkey madness, dt, rfd easy in the lvl 70 - 80 range

I'm an all quester since lvl 88.

Im Lumbridge top floor i saw a lvl 84 guy with a quest cape. He done the emote and I was gonna get a screenie but he ran away

I've seen a level 83 at Duel Arena with the quest cape, and I've also seen a sig with a pic showing a level 83 with the quest cape.

well im lvl 75 and ive beaten all of the hard quests (desert treasure, monkey madness, legends quest) its just that stupid 50 farming and runecrafting requirement is stupid (im working on it)

I think he meant that he saw a level 65 with them all done...

I just recently completed all the quests, prior to Enlightened Journey, and received my quest cape when I was at lvl 82 and had only played rs for a total of 5 months. I was quite surprised at all the comments about my lvl having a quest cape as I didn't find that many difficult battles.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I see now, from reading some of this thread that it's not a common thing. I was fortunate in that I realized early on that working on all skills would be very beneficial, so I did not work on combat skills much, but focused on all the others.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

My total level is now 1561, with only construction (lvl 57) and hunter (lvl 51) below 60.

I completed all the quests at level 87 (I'm 88 now). The only one I died on was Haunted Mine. I went with about five friends and took their advice of rull rune, prayer pots, and some lobs. Wrong. Protection prayers don't work, LOL. None of us beat him and two of us died. Went back in black with MSB and monkfish and ranged him to death with steel arrows. It wasn't too bad the second time cause I didn't have to follow him around through all the junk as much while ranging. I did have to telly out of the Underground Pass (stupid traps) and Monkey Madness (dang jailer), even though I didn't die. Mourning's End Prt 2 and Recipe for Disaster were really long, but not really that tough.

I'm lvl 81 and have only.. (let me count) 8 quests left, they are all easy except smithing and the herblore, gar don't see anyway to lvl them in under a month. Smith to 65 and herb to 57. :-k
