Lowest Combat Level That Has Completed All The Quests?

I did Legends at 69, Desert Treasure at 71.

Desert Treasure is NOT the hardest quest. Haunted Mine is.

I completed all quests at around low 90's for combat.

I recently did haunted mine, albeit at a higher level. What exactly is the part that most people find difficult? Everything up to the boss required no combat levels, and the boss itself just needs a bunch of sharks...

I'm 85 and I've beaten all the hard quests, I just need to raise a few non combat stats and I have all quests complete.

Yes, haunted mine was a royal pain in the****.

Yes, devious minds is a pain (lvl 63 smithing + mature dwarven stout FTW!) as for lvl requirements.

Combat, as stated, is not all you need for quests to start/complete. The lvl 70 cooking for RFD was quite hefty for me (I fish/cook everything myself) and so was the 57 herblore for fairy tale ptII and lvl 63 smithing for devious minds. Not to mention lvl50-ish agilyty ( ) for underground pass.

MEII...ah well, it just takes forever.

I saw a level 37 who did DT... and as many people mentioned, lowest lvl is prob the lvl 71...

Losers...

Are you blind or ignoring me on purpose?

Even though I sometimes side with religious people in some debates, I no longer consider myself religious.

I have a friend whos almost done Underground at lvl 14, they are hoping to do all with a min cb of 20 I think

That's impossible, just look at the requirements for some quests, for example legends requires 56 magic, no way anyone can do them all with 20 cb.

On a separate note, one of my goals right now is to do legends before cb 50, that account is f2p at the moment, has completed all free quests (d slayer took me from 1 to 33 defense :wall: lol), and based on the combat calculator I can do legends at 49 if the monsters I have to kill for required quests don't get my hp from the 20 it is at now past 37 or 38.

Anyway, when I make my goal it'll probably be in the goals/achievements thread, but I just wanted to point out all quests is not in any way even remotely possible at cb 20, the rewards from quests will give you more than that.

*EDIT* Oops I guess this is quite an old thread...sorry if I wasn't supposed to bump such an old thread...

I'm level 87, and the only quests that I haven't done are MEII and Devious Minds. I'm terrified of MEII even though it's probably not as hard as I think it is, and I still need to get 4 more smithing levels (I'm 59 right now, I'll use a mature dwarven stout) for Devious Minds.

Haunted Mine was a bit scary (got trapped and hit for a lot by the mine cart during the final battle), but I'm pleased to say that I didn't die. Tuna and sweetcorn potatoes are quite nifty. I'm surprised that nobody else seems to use them for hard quests.

Had all quests done at 88. Would've had it at 85 if it weren't for Devious Minds. (60 smithing+Evil Daves Stew FTW!) Did RFD first week it came out without a guide and was around 85. IT IS NOT THAT HARD! When the quest cape finally came out I was 90

Haunted mine to me is like a Meduim quest not hard just did it done. I'm currently having troubles with ME2 I just don't get the 5th puzzle >_<. Meh I'll live. But seriously I have seen a level 50 who has done Legends and Desert treasure so I suppose it's possible for a level 50 to do all the quests.

A lvl 50 might be capable of doing all quests, but if you add up all the exp rewards from the quests I think you will find that they would end up over lvl 50.

I am having trouble seeing people lower than 70 combat defeating all the quest even if it was mathamatically possible. I am currently level 72 combat. (60 attack)(56defense)(57str) and I can't even do a bit a damage to the Giant Sea Snake (level 149) in Royal Trouble quest. I am using a Dragon Long with str/attack potions. Plus the 15% str prayer. Plus ammy of str. Yes my defense is high but with all the other things I am using how can I not be doing damage? How can someone with lower combat do better? Yes my defense is high but I am not doing any damage. Maybe I am doing something wrong in the quest.

Anyways is this the strongest creature in all the quest? Would someone of lower combat level be able to kill them?

There are higher level monsters in Desert Treasure and Legends, which have both been completed by people in the 50s...so I don't know what your problem with the Sea Snake is, I found it to be an extremely underwhelming boss...but I was in the mid-90s at the time.

Heh, hate to break it to you, but i've seen a level 79 who finished em all...showing off at catherby and everything because he had just gotten the cape... and what makes you think you have to be 95+ to finish em all?
