I did some math for you. Assuming you can use all but giant pouch, and you also use a tele, that's 42 runes per run. 39k/42 = 928.571429

 

 

 

928.blahblah looks like more than 500 super energies, but if you have 3 dose pots, and take 1 dose per run, those 500 pots are more like 1500. More than enough to get you through 39k nats.

Question Answer:

 

Yep! More than enough. Personally, I use an average of one super energy potion per every three runs. That means roughly 80 potions for every 10k nature runes... which meaaaaaans that you'll probably only use ~350 potions or so. That's my personal experience with them at 74 agility anyway. It also depends on how fast/slow you go. If you're easily distracted, your energy will have time to restore, resulting in you using less potions.

Thanks for helping him out Ruler :) Although I never use one potion after every load. For me, it's usually one potion after every three loads. I wait until my energy gets down to 35% (or lower) before I use potions. And each dose raises it 20% so one potion would get me back up to 95%. I never run out of energy completely after one load. Your energy does restore itself afterall while you're banking, crafting, etc. But I s'pose my agility level does help out a bit.

I average between 3k and 4k nats per hour. I don't really time myself or pay attention to these things, but that's usually the amount I notice that I get (if that makes sense :ohnoes: ). And yes, that is including the 2x.

 

 

 

Unless I'm missing something, I have no idea why you wouldn't use the smallest pouch. If you do use it, you get 3 essence in one slot (3 nats). If you don't, you get 1 essence in one slot (1 nat). Now for 91+ runecrafting - if you use the pouch, you get 3 essence in one slot (6 nats). But if you don't use it, you get 1 essence in one slot (2 nats). So that's a 4 nat difference per load.. Unless I'm totally oblivious so something.

Anyway, as I said in response to halo, the trading has been going incredible this morning! I had to turn a few people away because I ran out of sara brews and had like 1.3k toadflax in the bank! And I have another person on hold who has like 400 toadflax waiting to be traded. -is excited- 93 is looking closer and closer!!
