After a certain point, they're definitely worth it. I'd say start using them after level 75. You don't really have to if you don't want to, but after 75+ it's a couple hundred nature rune difference per hour. You're basically running the whole time except: - When you bank - When you're trying to get into the center of the abyss (mining, etc.) - When you're crafting nature runes I personally use about one potion every three loads. But like I said, it's probably best to start using them at least after level 75. Before then, it doesn't make a huge difference. And if you start too early (like in the 40s or 50s) then they're just not worth it at all. ----- Alas! I always have at least three goals racked up at once! :lol: My current goals in order: - 99 herblore - 99 prayer - 99 farming I'd love to achieve those over the summer. 99 farming might be pushing it since you can't exactly "no life" farming. There's a maximum amount of experience you can get per day. If you're curious, things like agility, crafting, smithing, cooking (yes I get to knock off a cliche skill!), and magic (will likely do with crafting). The rest are kinda.. bleh.
