Yeah there's still the same requirement as making the potion. But toadflax is also used for agility potions or something, which is like level 30. So the requirement is pretty low.

I'm pretty confused with the whole daylight savings thing -blush- I thought 3PM PST was 10PM GMT, which would make it 11PM GMT+1. But a few people are saying that daylight savings time is now in effect for GMT? So that would make it 11PM GMT, which would be 12AM GMT+1 o.O -is confused-
