January 15, 200719 yr Author Dusty already cleared it up, but I might as well: 1. Granite offers better xp than Iron. Iron only gives 35 xp per ore, while Granite gives 50-75 xp per ore depending on the size of the ore mined (size is random). The sizes are 500g (50 xp), 2 kg (60 xp), and 5 kg (75 xp) 2.
