Is a blue circle put through a bunch of filters 3. The text is pretty bad 4. You're going to have to resize that to use it... The 50% rule is if you make a shop in the Art Bazaar, mainly to clear it of buddy shops. And people are allowed to post work as long as the original artist has been notified and is ok with it.
