Yes, you can easy make more then it costs you per run, and if you get a barrows item its always nice.

Plus I got full ahrims from someone who died there the other day.

A few months after the barrows release, doing barrows used to be very good money, due to high barrows armour prices. But now prices of the barrows armour have gone way down, it's not that great now, but it's still a nice way of making some extra cash if your lucky down there.

No longer playing Runescape, I caught the WoW bug.

I never bother, the threat is just too much for me.

he Lumbridge chicken pen is more dangerous if you do Barrows correctly, but that's just a matter of opinions I guess.

I think Barrows is very worthwhile, I always make a decent profit per trip. Excluding my drops.

Plus I think the whole teenage girl thing will end soon (hopefully), because my girlfriend is absolutely in love with him(she is 18), and im beginning to feel threatened by his [Justin Bieber] dashing looks.

it is worthwhile, unless your unlucky you can do it with 3 lobsters and no prayer pots in around 15-20 minutes. compare that to the reward of runes, and the occasional barrows drop...

I'm not drunk! You wouldn't dare call me drunk if i was sober!

I have bad luck at barrows, no items and two deaths, but it seems pretty good money.

You don't need Barrow drops with your *regular* drop luck :P .

One thing's for sure, you can't say barrows isn't worth doing before you do it. You must try it if you can and if you like it keep going, if you don't, don't.

For me it's probably my main money maker and has been for ovewr a year now.

Barrows can be worth doing. However it depends on how you do it. The skilled higher leveled players will be able to make a profit from it. Less skilled lower leveled players will probably be doing it for fun, they will make less of a profit (if any at all) and stand a chance of dieing.

due new armor, barrows armor will crush down, all exept guthans.

verac: new armor beats its prayer bonus by far, and since dragon chain is now cheaper than ever, nobody kqs, and veracs has no use

dharok: since new armor gives huge str bonnus, its now much better to use it and d scimmy to gain str xp.

torag: nobody wanted this before, now its even more useless.

ahrim: what ive heard, new mage armor beats this too.

karil: well, these will probably not crash, but they aint that good money nowdays either eh

guthan: only set having healing effect, as my opinion can raise above 10mil a set.

= barrows blows now

Don't bother these days. My first attempts got Ahrim's hood on 17th try 300k for like 2 hrs wasted!? I can get that much by fishing and without wasting prayer pots. Then I tried again died on Dhoark. He was in tunnel drank my reamining 3 prayer pot doses (I bring one 4 per trip) and as I killed him my prayer went out saw a 47 shoot out and me lying dead on the floor with dhoark also dead.

True, but if you lose connection your more likely to die against one of the brothers than a chicken.

Currently not active on RuneScape.

It's not all that great cash. Evey once in a while its fun to go down and hope I get a Spear, but DK'ing is thousands of times better cash than Barrows :o.

Meh, at least Barrows items are cheaper to buy :).

Fullmetal Alchemist, you will be missed. A great ending to a great series.
