You have no black marks." Shoul people be congratulated for not doing anything wrong? It sounds as if you have to make an effort to not get any black marks. What do yo think? They dumbed down the game just a little to far on this note. You don't need to be congratulated for doing the right thing. You need to know your will get baned for doing the wrong thing. Instead of congratz you have no black marks. It should be don't get black marks or your get banned.

Oh well, sorry whoever hasn't been able to avoid their weird customer service. But if you DID break a rule, then I in no way feel sorry for you AT ALL.

Makes me feel a little better about doing the right thing and not breaking any rules. And if you had the quest cape you would know that it does take an effort to not cuss out all of the idiots following you around demanding that you do the emote all the time. If they do something in a good nature that helps someone, then sure, why not. But it's pretty easy to not curse or scam people.
