You need... 6 glass vials 6 Potato slices (5x0.5x0.5cm) Saline solution (0,1%, 0,5%, 1%, 5%, 10%, 5%, mix salt and water in those percentages by weigth). Put a potato slice in each beaker with the saline mixture. Weigh before, legt it rest in a mixture for 24 hours, then weigh again. Also, try to find a way to measure flexibiltiy (won't spoil this for you).
