Hmm..never noticed this before, but my magic isn't up to speed. I only have lvl 35 magic, but it is 12/35. How do you increase it? Same with my Defense it is also low. I only thought your hitpoints would do that. Help!!!! I want to telly!!

Put all your stuff in the bank and then die. It'll all restore, and it's better than using a Stat Restore potion. You probably just got attacked by a stat-draining monster..

I'd suggest going to lumbridge, banking, going down into the lumbridge swamp without a tinderbox and light source, you'll die fast and be back in lumbridge like brand new.

I'm assuming you're f2p, but if you're not, stat restore potions also work. :)

No he was referring to the caves under lumbrigde swamps. You would die without a lightsource under there.

F2P has one stat drainer, the Zammy monks that guard the wine (or is it only when attempting to take the wine), can't remember if magic is drained though. Several other things can weaken.

All stats r drained, but protect from magic prayer helps.

are you "disseased" - ie sometimes a number shows up, that comes from the zogres and skogres.. Best thing is just to die (wow that sounds rude)... I like PC and CW for that :) (ow if you don't die in a pc game everything is stored afterwards anyway!)

If you pick wrong "thingy" in the teleportation random, your magic is lowered.

I think Draynor Manor cabbage (banned by the OOC) gives you 1+ defense...

go into the monks temple by the edgeville wildy, go upstairs(if your prayer is high enough) and keep clicking the scorpion. I'll do 3 damage each time, then go down and attack a skeleton or something.

Get a friend to beat the living day lights out of you in the wilderness or in your house (P2P, 30 construction).
