Please nomore posts all in one color it is against Tip It rules. Seeing that you are a new user just giving you a fair warning here. :)

This is my theory.

And on a side note: did you mean QFT instead of QTF?

In my opinion, only hire people capable of completing the job. Newbs can be taught, but noobs have no brains and think that they know the right way, and the only way. So, use discresion when hiring someone. It's all about your judgement.

Why would you need to get someone to work for you? You could just buy it from a noob.

mysig31ha.png

I never let noobs come close to my affairs.

Add me if you so wish: SwreeTak

Working solo gives the highest satisfaction when the task is complete ::'

I just buy w/e they would do. Id rather pay extra and get it done when i want it because its going to take them ages.

I find newbs reliable when it comes to small tasks.

Most of the new players are honest, not yet poisened by greed...

This usually last for 3 hours so I use this carefully.

POG3.jpg

Pretty much what Dragon said.

Thread terminated.

I guess that means I'm the thread Terminator?

No Tip.Iters were harmed in the making of this post.

As long as you show the newb how to do the job, he'll probably do it if you offer a good price. (if there 13 or over..)

When I bought cow hides from new players ( they weren't really noobs ) I got about 300 from each. Had like 10 people and gave them an extra rune scimmy or something just for there efforts.

Quit RuneScape :)

Giving jobs out to people is very stupid to me.

Do it yourself.

Do it for the exp.

Don't give out money.

Working noobs... isn't that an oxymoron or something?

I personally do my own jobs. I don't like paying noobs #-o

i love reading this stuff...keep it comin!!!!

Nothing 2 say...jus that i am gr8!!!

I rely on myself more than anything :)

Strangely with WotLK so near, I wished I could delay it a bit to push through that last TBC content in MH/BT :'(.

depends, I have a friend who doesn't want to be named who is really good. I when I need money bad merchant feathers I know merchants are the scum of runescape but, you see my friend has potential. He trains the noobs for me, shows them how to kill the chicken and how to pick up the feathers and stuff. So it depends on how much training they have
