January 1, 200719 yr Rule: Additionally, the default forum colors should be used. Variations of color may be used to emphasize SOME words or statements, and can be used by staff members for emphasis in edits and warnings posted. However, use of a color other than the default in every message or entire paragraphs is not permitted as they are difficult to read on many of the forum themes. Please nomore posts all in one color it is against Tip It rules. Seeing that you are a new user just giving you a fair warning here. :) BTW: Welcome to Tip It.

January 1, 200719 yr In my opinion, only hire people capable of completing the job. Newbs can be taught, but noobs have no brains and think that they know the right way, and the only way. So, use discresion when hiring someone. It's all about your judgement.
January 1, 200719 yr Why would you need to get someone to work for you? You could just buy it from a noob.
January 1, 200719 yr I just buy w/e they would do. Id rather pay extra and get it done when i want it because its going to take them ages.
January 1, 200719 yr I find newbs reliable when it comes to small tasks. Most of the new players are honest, not yet poisened by greed... This usually last for 3 hours so I use this carefully. Pretty much what Dragon said.Thread terminated.I guess that means I'm the thread Terminator? No Tip.Iters were harmed in the making of this post.
January 1, 200719 yr As long as you show the newb how to do the job, he'll probably do it if you offer a good price. (if there 13 or over..) Pay it forward!
January 1, 200719 yr When I bought cow hides from new players ( they weren't really noobs ) I got about 300 from each. Had like 10 people and gave them an extra rune scimmy or something just for there efforts. Quit RuneScape :)
January 1, 200719 yr Giving jobs out to people is very stupid to me. Do it yourself. Do it for the exp. Don't give out money.
January 1, 200719 yr Working noobs... isn't that an oxymoron or something? I personally do my own jobs. I don't like paying noobs #-o
January 1, 200719 yr Author Thanks for all that guys i love reading this stuff...keep it comin!!!! Nothing 2 say...jus that i am gr8!!!
January 2, 200719 yr I rely on myself more than anything :) Strangely with WotLK so near, I wished I could delay it a bit to push through that last TBC content in MH/BT :'(.
January 3, 200719 yr depends, I have a friend who doesn't want to be named who is really good. I when I need money bad merchant feathers I know merchants are the scum of runescape but, you see my friend has potential. He trains the noobs for me, shows them how to kill the chicken and how to pick up the feathers and stuff. So it depends on how much training they have
