Xamorak_Hell
In my opinion, only hire people capable of completing the job. Newbs can be taught, but noobs have no brains and think that they know the right way, and the only way. So, use discresion when hiring someone. It's all about your judgement. runescape_rocks
Why would you need to get someone to work for you? You could just buy it from a noob.

Dragon_lord
I find newbs reliable when it comes to small tasks. Most of the new players are honest, not yet poisened by greed... This usually last for 3 hours so I use this carefully. Pretty much what Dragon said.Thread terminated.I guess that means I'm the thread Terminator? No Tip.Iters were harmed in the making of this post.
Joordaan
As long as you show the newb how to do the job, he'll probably do it if you offer a good price. (if there 13 or over..) Pay it forward!
spikerkid
When I bought cow hides from new players ( they weren't really noobs ) I got about 300 from each. Had like 10 people and gave them an extra rune scimmy or something just for there efforts. Quit RuneScape :)
SlyHawk317
Giving jobs out to people is very stupid to me. Do it yourself. Do it for the exp. Don't give out money.

andufusthebronze
depends, I have a friend who doesn't want to be named who is really good. I when I need money bad merchant feathers I know merchants are the scum of runescape but, you see my friend has potential. He trains the noobs for me, shows them how to kill the chicken and how to pick up the feathers and stuff. So it depends on how much training they have
