Well first off, i can not figure out how to get the video off my camera onto the media player, id rather use another program

I've heard fraps is good. I think it's free.

I got 10000,00000 dollars that I need to spend on a movie maker! Quick, someone find me something really expensive!

Fraps is for recording videos, not editing, and is not free.

Final Cut Pro owns iMovie. But of course it costs a lot more :(

Oh yeah, thanks for reminding me of that program. It's great for green screens.

If your using Windows go with Pinnacle Studio's programs. They are fairly cheap for what they offer.

I can green screen in iMovie. And yes, Final Cut Pro is the top-notch program for movie editing.

With the amount of cash that the Adobe product costed, you could buy a Macbook for $1000 less and still get iMovie.

I got Adobe Premier Pro. It's bit difficult to use, but I really recommend that. It costs a lot, but it's really worth it.

Nice to see someone else doing movies too!

You've got like all the Adobe programs right? Or at least the vast majority of them?

I have only premiere and few different photoshops (imageready). I always wanted After Effects, but it's too expensive.

yes, we have final cut pro HD at college which does just about all you'll ever want. but unless you've got a lot to spend it's probably out of the question. pinacle studio will be cheaper and i seem to remember that it was pretty easy to use.

Windows movie maker is very easy.. it doesn't seem to be an issue you're having with the program, it's getting the movie onto your computer

iMovies comes with any computer that you could use Final Cut Pro on. Obviously people using Final Cut need something more than iMovie to use, because if their computer can run Final Cut, it already has iMovie on it.
