July 9, 200718 yr My group couldn't down Shade of Aran two nights in a row, it was paathetic. :lol: We had 7 DPS and 3 healers, and there was no way in hell they were keeping his health below his mana...Oh boy does that sheeping and summoning elementals hurt. I respecced 27/0/34, seeing how it works. I have much better Healing Touches but worse Heal over Times, it works great for 5 mans, not sure about raids. :? Need to have interrupts on his fire and frost spells. Most wipe on the elementals, just need to focus fire down whichever ones can't be banished or feared. It's a pain in the arse if you get flame wrath or blizzard as soon as the elementals spawn, kinda random. The sheeping isn't too bad, if you're full health when it happens, you should be ok. It's good if you can kill him though, less trash to clear and no running back.

July 9, 200718 yr Hell yes! We downed Prince last night, Netherspite today, and we also got Nightbane down to 12-13% today - so we're quite certainly taking him tomorrow. The Nightbane fight really is laughable considering he's the last boss.
July 9, 200718 yr PV's group 1 downed Netherspite last night - making Kara clear. We have a Gruul's run planned this week but it's more of a test.

Mostly Kara stuff. We've been downing HKM for a few weeks now, he's fairly easy. If you wipe anywhere, it's gonna be in the first 30 seconds. We downed Hkm with only our group 1 doing a full clear of Kara, our other groups around Curator/chess. We'd been trying Gruul for a few weeks now, almost busted my ears from vent when we downed him. It's a great feeling. :)

Anyways I ended up doing a warrior/warrior combo with my friend, both gnomes. He rolled a male gnome named 'Makand" and I rolled a female gnome named "Cheaze". Hint, Mac and cheese.

I am going out of my mind with all the dumb questions and the kiddies leaving in the middle of raid and not doing their jobs in general :| .I am looking to reroll or transfer to another realm. (very good guild, only into kara but just started raiding 3 weeks ago. Already have downed prince).

I actually forget what he dropped. All I remember him dropping is a sweet dps warrior neck. He didn't drop the Spiteblade anyway. Yeah my gear is crappy... it's only recently started to "shape up". And "Go run BM some and get Latro's" is a big understatement. I've run that instance so many times, probably over 50 and no Latro's has ever dropped. Oh well, since we have Kara on farm now, and me being the only rogue in the guild, I should expect some more epics rolling in the following weeks.
